I’m very excited to announce that I’ll be attending Barnsley Zine Fair this August 9th. It’s all taking place In the beautifully renovated Barnsley Civic on Eldon Street in central Barnsley. This is about 20 minutes away from where I grew up and I’m really looking forward to meeting fellow artists and zine enthusiasts from the local area.

I’m really trying to focus on doing more zine festival events cause the atmosphere is always great and the people tend to be really open minded and receptive all kinds of approaches to making comics and zines. I recently had a blast at Stockport Zine Fest last month and had such a great time seeing people really responding well to Knock Knock and the Blobby Horror zine!

This looks to be a good one so if you’re in the area or interested to get yourself over there it’s looking to be a good one!
